Archives:
The Archives Office of the University of Salamanca is the technical unit that supports the administration and the teaching and research staff, responsible for handling all university records and documents.
The University Archives Office is responsible for organising and maintaining the documentary assets of the University of Salamanca, as well as all the documents produced or obtained by the University or by members of the University community in the exercise of their duties. This office makes these documents available for administrative management, information, culture and research.
Libraries:
The Library Service of the University of Salamanca acts as a support for teachers, students and researchers. It is responsible for running the University Library System and for giving information on the University’s own library collection and on collections available at other libraries or documentary centres.
The University Library System comprises the entire collection of books and documents belonging to the University, in whatever format and irrespective of where they came from, and of how or why they were acquired.
